Convención NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS NERE BELTS, MASTERS AND INSTRUCTORS WFC ITALY 2009
On 28 June in Cologno Monzese, at the beautiful structure of the ITC building Leonardo da Vinci di Cologno Monzese, is performed, as well as the usual examination of federal transition to Black Belt and the final exams of courses and Master Instructor, the National Convention of the year.
At 10:00 am start work for the meeting of the year. This important appointment, has served only to reconfirm some tasks and assign € new (see website: http://www.francoscorrano.it/organigramma.html )
to analyze the year just ended, which launched WFC Italy, the spotlight, as leaders in the world of combat sports in Italy and abroad. Indeed the final of National Championships, took part, over a hundred athletes from all over Italy. The fighter was tackled on 2 ring, for the allocation of at least forty titles Italiani (see website: http://www.francoscorrano.it/news.html ). It 'been remarked that, W.F.C. Italy has and maintains: nr. Campioni Italiani 5 Junior Class C, nr. 4 Italian Champion and Class C nr. 2 Class B, nr. Campioni Italiani 39 senior class C, nr. 12 Class B nr. 6 Class A (see website: http://www.francoscorrano.it/files/campioni_italiani_wfc_2009_2.pdf ) and nr. 8 European Champions and nr. 8 World Champions (see website: http://www.wfc.ch/wfc_seite_1.htm ).
Another goal achieved by W.F.C. Italy has been to create a ranking, where anyone can check, the actual number of matches, including victories, with or without KO, draws and defeats, with or without KO (see website: http://www.francoscorrano.it/files/i_campioni_del_futuro_classifica_generale_2009_def.pdf). As regards, the next season, WFC Italy aims to continue to implement the project "CHAMPIONS OF THE FUTURE" (full-contact competition reserved for athletes class D and C), which was attended by some 200 athletes, and athletes to focus more on Class B and Class A, and the real news will be to assure all the athletes involved, from 8 to 10 matches a year, after signing a contract. But the news for next year do not stop here, in fact, for all concerned to promote Promoter Galà under our symbol, WFC Italy is committed to donate a contribution of € .500,00, as well as overseeing the match making. The various tests that are valid for the passage of a degree began at 14.00. The National Committee, chaired by President Franco Scorrano, included: Antonio Di Salvo (Responsible National Kung Fu and Sanda), Lucio Filippi (Deputy National Coordinator of Women), Giovanni Candela (Responsible National Kali), Andrea Galbiati (World Champion Full Contact ), Fabio Tumazzo (Member Commissine National Technical MMA and Submission), Franco Zurlo (Master 3rd Dan), Antonino Verruso (Master 3rd Dan) and Fabio Carpani (Master 3rd Dan).
Finished the purely physical, with the various techniques required by the program, we moved to comment on the thesis that every candidate was required to surrender before the exams. The technical level was equal to the situation and many were the compliments, by members of the committee, the candidates examined.
For aspiring teachers and instructors, who have started their training on 18 October 2008 (see website: http://www.francoscorrano.it/programma.html ), came to the final visit 15 lessons with 60 hours, between theory and practice. Only 2 candidates out of about thirty, were not admitted to the final. The examination consisted of a written theory test (30 questions that focused on sports medicine, 30 questions that focused on athletic training and 30 questions that focused on technique and tactics). The second test, only practical, it was based on correct techniques, but mainly on the ability to apply these methodological techniques in sparring and in the past conditional. After 2 hours, we moved to the third and final test, that of the oral test, where each candidate was asked to explain and comment on topics of technical and tactical, athletic training, sports medicine, etc ... To assess the future Instructors and Teachers, the Committee have been added: Salvatore Moscheo (Italian Champion Full Contact and Master 3rd dan), Carmelo Rositano (Master 4th dan) and Fabio Olivato (Master 4th dan).
For the next year, as regards the training of new instructors, in addition to 60 hours of training will be provided for the compulsory 40 hours of training at the sports clubs affiliated WFC that will be shed on a special certificate of assessment.
The assistance, a qualified Master W.F.C. not only figurative, but in the end of each session of training, the latter, give its assessment to the candidate.
The training course, aimed at trainers of sport fighting, which began in 2009, will continue next year. This, too, with some improvements.
2010 will mark the start of the training course for aspiring teachers and instructors in the single specialty of Mixed Martial Arts and Submission
