Sequel to the circular from Sensei Manvoumbi M. WAPATCHA, 6th Dan JKA WF and newly appointed President, JKA Africa Sub-Sahara, I have the pleasure to invite you all to a ground breaking JKA Africa Sub-Sahara Meeting cum Karate Course, Referee Course, Grading and Competition holding in Libreville, Gabon, from May 15 to 23, 2009, under the direction of Shihan Hideki OKAMOTO, 8th Dan, Chief Instructor and JKA WF Representative for Africa, the Magreb and Arab Countries, who will be assisted by sensei Wapatcha.

This forum is very critical and your presence is of utmost importance, as the JKA WF Africa Sub-Sahara will formally be reorganized, its Executive and Directing Committees put in place and the Schedule of Activities launched. We believe that as a stakeholder, you must be part of it all.
