2008/2009

PREMISE: The SJJA&MAA is an international academy of martial arts that proposes him to spread - all the Martial Arts and Fight Disciplines through the pure expression of hisown cultural patrimony, in the mutual respect. The academy is happy to welcome to his own inside those people who the need feels to belong to an environment where the formative and organizational activities, are not merely darkened by matters politics and economic.
ART. 1- you can join to the SJJA&MAA all the Corporate body. of hourly in then denominated DOJO - (he intends for Corporate body every center in which the martial activity is practised and that he can assume the different forms of Association, Sporting Center, Club, Organization, etc.) what they operate both in Italy and to the foreign countries and the Teachers that are recognized and accredited as Leader and that has constituted to them it turns a proper Dojo. A Dojo can annually have joined to the SJJA&MAA since September 1° up to the whole 31 August. A Technician or a Student, cannot ask for the entering if not through a Dojo affiliated to the academy.
ART. 2 - every Dojo that joins to the SJJA&MAA for the medium of his own Chairman or legal representative - ax, in absolute way, to conform to the present rule declaring, under his own liability, to be in order in comparison to the sporting legislation
national. In every case, to be able him to affiliate to the SJJA&MAA every Dojo must enroll, besides the Technical Manager of the single discipline, also a minimum of students that you practise it. ART. 4 - the Affiliates to the SJJA&MAA, can freely stick, for the same discipline also to Corporate body of Sporting Promotion, Federations and working Organizations both in Italy that to the foreign countries. Every single Dojo, to the deed of the entering, he can affiliate all the Martial Arts, Oriental disciplines, fight disciplines, similar activity and propedeutiche to these (gymnastics and physical expansion) without pouring any additional quota to the pre-arranged one. The Dojo Affiliato can use the Logo SJJA&MAA bringing him close to the proper logo, with the purpose to publicize to the best the really Center Sportivo, for moments of aggregations in Provincial or Regional circle, in advance doing always communication of it to the Referente of Area.
ART. 5 - premised the compulsoriness of the masking assurance, The Chairman of the Dojo that intends to join, in the case in which pits already in tenure of the masking basic assicurativa for every athlete, can make to less less than ask for that predisposed by the SJJA&MAA. ART. 6 - for the enrolled ones covered by the basic policy predisposed by the SJJA&MAA in engagement with the corporate body of sporting promotion, the Chairmen of the Dojos must ask to the Reception office for SJJA&MAA the modulistic for the denunciation of accident and to store it together with the cerfificates of fitness of every single Student. In case of accident, those people that usufruiscono of the masking basic assicurativa predisposed from the academy, must make to reach to the Central Reception office. within 3 days from what happened - the denunciation of accident signed by the Chairman of the Dojo, as well as the whole documentation related to the same (the inherent models the accident one I am scaricabili from the site www.sjja-maa.org) accident.
ART. 7 - the affiliated Dojo, that applies for it to the deed of the entering, will monthly receive a copy of the Magazine Samurai; besides, both the Dojo that the single Technical Manager they will free be publicized for the whole Academic year on the International site.
ART. 8 - the Technical Manager - to the deed of his first Affiliation - it will free receive the Badge of the SJJA&MAA that must affix on the sleeve SX of his/her own uniform of training. These he can require, to the National Reception office, other badges to make them apply on the sleeve SX of the jackets to his own students, this it will be the symbol that will unite all the enrolled to the SJJA&MAA.
ART. 9 - The black belts coming from other Organizations, that join to the SJJA&MAA, must introduce the documentation from these released, from which the degree and the martial qualification are deduced. Every black belt, to the deed of his first Affiliation, it will receive where a writ (Budopass) they will be videotaped - of time in time - from it Hombu-has it all the securities, the degrees, the qualifications and all the rest is vested him or confirmed him by the SJJA&MAA. ART. 11 - during the academic year The Technical Manager of a Dojo will receive. from he Hombu-has (Head office) it - all the inherent communications the moments of aggregations (Competitions, Assemblies, Stage and Demonstrations), you arrange for the year in progress, directly or indirectly, from the SJJA&MAA both in Italy that to the foreign countries.
ART. 12 - the Dojo that joins for the first time within December 31 and it doesn't desire to monthly receive the Magazine Samurai, will free get the tracking and if it desires the sub-share of such magazine, he must pour the quota pre-arranged of €. 70,00. ART. 13 - the Board of directors of the SJJA&MAA is placed side by side by the voluntary job of the provincial, regional and international Referentis, these are the Chairmen or the representatives of a Dojo that intend coadiuvare the Board of directors of the academy in its assignments.
1. The Referentis Provinciali operate in the provinces in which you actually at least 3 Dojos chosen affiliati;vengono every 4 years from the Chairmen than at least 3 Dojos that are affiliate from least one per annum to the SJJA&MAA;
2. The Referentis Regionali operate in the regions in which there is at least 6 Dojos affiliated in the two different provinces; every 4 years are elected by the provincial referentis of a same region;
3. The Referentis Internazionali operate in the Overseas Countries, they constitute a pixel of reference for the activities of the academy to the foreign countries and they are directly nominated by the Board Direttivo of directors every 4 years;
The single affiliated Dojos will expose his own problem list and demands to the provincial referentis of which spokesman will be made with the regional referentis, these last ones they will be the only direct interlocutors of the Board Direttivo of directors, except that in one or more regions there is not a regional referente yet. The position of referente, to any level, doesn't modify neither it alters the rights and the duties of the partner that it covers it in comparison to which you/they stay firm the statutory dispositions; him

ART. 14 - the Keiko-Ryu (Training of the Schools). The SJJA&MAA will annually arrange in the month of June, near the region that entertains the Head office of the academy (Campania) the National Assembly of all the present Martial Arts in the Academy. Such moment of aggregation will allow all the disciplines to be able to take the examinations for the superior degrees and for the various technical qualifications and qualifications to the teaching. ART. 16 - annually, besides the competitions of sector (Karate, Ju-Jitsu, Judo, Kung-was etc.) of the denominate "Interdisciplinary demonstrative competitions Martial Fighting System will be developed", to which athletes can stick and to participate coming from all the disciplines (from white belt to black belt) except those people who are framed with the qualification of Teacher (Sensei).

ART. 17 - the Affiliate Teachers that are summoned for the technical docenza must absolutely wear on his own jacket the badge of the SJJA&MAA. The companions must wear the Academic overall or that Social to be able to enter (to the edge tatami) where the competitions they are held.
ART. 18 - International Police Training System (of hourly in then IPTS) is the organ that deals him with to put to knowledge, of the Instructors of Martial Arts and the Operators of the Safety (of State, Ministerial, Local etc.) a program of training exclusively studied for the training of the Forcibleness of the order and the Special Departments in the pure respect of the in force legislation. ART. 19 - The Academic Uniform: Blue jacket with distinctive SJJA&MAA on the small pocket; Grey pants/Skirt; Blue shirt; Blue tie with embroidery SJJA&MAA; Blue sock/Stockings and Shoes of black color. In the summer, to the place of the shirt, jacket and tie, a Blue pole is worn with embroidery SJJA&MAA on the breast; all the Central Executives, those peripheral (Referenti) as well as the Leader Accredited, the Technical Managers, the Arbitrators and the black belts that operate near the SJJA&MAA can require - through it Hombu-has it - the blue tie with embroidery, the Badge to be affixed on the small pocket of the jacket for the Winter uniform, as well as the blue pole with embroidery on the breast for the summer uniform.
ART. 20 - The Commission Interdisciplinary Martial Arts Alliance (of hourly in then Top) is the organ of the Board Direttivo of directors - with assignments and functions merely techniques - that it deals him with all the present martial disciplines in the academy. And the organ that appraises the questions of accreditation as well as the curricula the technical and sporting requirements and the qualifications of the affiliates and the enrolled ones.
ART. 21 - they make party of the Top: the Soshi Soke Massimo Curti Giardina with functions of coordinator, the Leader that they have gotten I accredit him to National level and the National Technical Coordinators of a single style or sector directly nominated by the SJJA&MAA with function of counsellors. The Leader they must attach, besides the documentation of which above, also the program of study related to the method and to the encoded style, as well as the graduations and the lead times both for the inferior examinations and for those superior.
ART. 24 - the accredited Capiscuolas - also technically working in autonomy, they will owe, for the administrative (affiliations, attested, diplomas and other) party to always make head and however to the Referente of area;
ART. 25 - the Academic Badge will directly be sewn on the breast - only from the Technicians that they operate in Regional or National field. The accredited Capiscuolas will sew on the breast his own badge. while that of the SJJA&MAA will be sewn on the sleeve Sx of the jacket.
Same thing will be served as the technicians that they operate in the Dojos and that don't have coordinate charges.
ART. 26 - if prejudicial situations of the image of the academy were verified, the Board of directors will lift - sat. the Referente and the possible collaborators, nominating an Extraordinary Commissioner that will stay reigning up to the appointment of another Referente.
ART. 27 - every possible dispute that had to rise between the Affiliates/associates and SJJA&MAA will be resolved inside the same Association without any external operation. Those people that don't make party of the of the academy anymore for own decision or for deliberate banishment
from the International Board Direttivo of directors, they can use neither the Logo nor the writings or other images anymore in it you introduce. The offenders will be persecuted for forensic tracts.
